What we do

How does window cleaning with the pole work?
Dirt particles are agitated using a purpose made, soft-bristled brush, which is then rinsed away using 100%, triple filtered, purified water. No chemicals or detergents get used. After each clean, the windows will be left wet, and this is normal. The windows will dry naturally, and you will be impressed with the results.You will likely notice that the windows seem to stay cleaner for longer compared to the traditional method which leaves a sticky soap residue on the window.
Why is window cleaning with the pole better?
The water fed pole uses purified, de-ionised water; the bristles on the patented brush/es gently agitate the dirt without damaging the glass or frames. The frames and sills are also included in the clean. Once the brush has done its job, the water jets within the brush head frame are used to rinse the frame, window/s and sills down. The glass will dry streak-free, spot-free and glistening.
How frequently should I have my windows and frames cleaned?
This will somewhat depend on the type of windows you have, the area you live and the type of cleaning that takes place. We have a brush for every type of window and because we use purified water, your windows will stay cleaner for longer. Most areas in Dorset will get the best results and provide real value for money on a 6-8 weekly basis.
I am not sure if I like this method of window cleaning; my glass is left wet.
The first clean will be hardest to 'get your head around'. There will be water droplets left on the glass; these need to be left to dry. The droplets will dry 'crystal clear' with no streaks or marks. Second time round, this process will be quicker.
You said you will clean my windows in all weathers; is that true?
Excluding storm-like rain and lightning, yes. The rain does not stop your windows from being cleaned with purified water like it would do with the old traditional method. The brush can still remove dirt and the purified rinse will still leave your glass streak-free. This just takes some getting used to.

We will never leave anything on the window frame or the glass; no streaks, no dots, no dirt, just purified water.
